Carpet Steam Cleaning
Method
All carpets are first vacuumed to remove any loose dirt and dust. We use steam extraction to give our customers the best and safest clean. By pre-treating the carpets with CarpetWiz, then extracting using clean water, hot for most carpets and warm for woollen, we leave your carpets truely clean, with no chemical residue. Carpets are pre-treated and stains are carefully agitated, then extracted with clean water. Stubborn stains are treated with D-power upolstery and spot cleaner to ensure the best possible result. By using a four jet Steam Vac wand we ensure that more surface is covered with each stroke. After cleaning your carpets with the steam extraction, we also dry extract to leave your carpets dry enough to walk on immediately and completely dry within 3 hours.
Equipment
We use a high performance Steam Vac Apollo HP (High Performance) carpet cleaning machine, with all the capabilites for carpet and upolstery cleaning, with a four jet Steam Vac wand. The Steam Vac Apollo HP also affords us the convience of portability, allowing us to clean all sorts of homes, including high-rise apartments & offices, houses, units, villas and townhouses.

Chemicals
We will only use environmentally-friendly, biodegradable chemicals on your carpet, provided by Envirochemicals Aust. CarpetWiz is a non-acid, low pH solution which gently removes the stains from the carpet fibres, and is safe for use on a wide-range of carpets, including printed carpet and Persian rugs. D-power upolstery and spot cleaner is a non-flammable, non-corrosive, low toxic product with a natural citrus aroma, designed to remove all manner of stubborn stains.
